Well, I'm still not too sure this blog is working, and if it is, it's by fluke, cause I really don't know what I'm doing. HA HA!

So we are up early this morning and I'm busy trying to get this blog up and running.  Updates as of yesterday.  First of all I heard back from my friend Dan and Linda Regan (Winnipeg), whom Johnson and I met in the hospital during our stay. Dan is 62 years old, and flew up from Winnepeg to donate a kidney to his neice Lisa (her second kidney transplant).  Lisa experienced all the same complications as Johnson with regards to a sleepy kidney (ATN) but I've been told now that she is doing very well too, and loves to do the most boring jobs around the house now like cleaning, grocery shopping etc.  She was doing Hemodialysis for the past few years, 4 times a week.  NOT FUN!  Anyways, like I've mentioned in my other blogs, I am recovering slower than I thought I would, I still have pain, still and VERY tired, and cannot sit for long periods of time.  It's was nice to hear back from Dan, that he too is experiencing all the same things as I am.  Nice to know it's not all in my head!
