How much is that doggy in the window! HA HA!! Here is what my Taylor was up to yesterday. She wrapped her dog Tasha up in ribbons! I was roaring with laughter! That's Taylor for you. So, update since Monday. Johnson didn't have his stent removed after all. There was a malfunction with equipment the week before and his appointment was suppose to be rescheduled. So his new appointment is April 12th! 2 more weeks of anxiety for him! Johnson is doing well, and get's better day by day. This week for me has been all about sleep! Today I think the iron is finally kicking in and I've been able to stay awake for about 5 hours now! I think that's a record for me!
While picking Stephanie up from the caregivers yesterday, she wasn't feeling very well. Just as we stepped outside she managed to throw up all over my caregivers front entrance and steps. Ewe! She continued throwing up until bedtime, and after she finally managed to keep some gravol down, I stroked her head until she fell asleep. My little angel! Today she has managed to keep all her food down, so it's back to school for her tomorrow.
Tonight is our parent/teacher interviews for the girls, I don't think the gals will be going to Brownies or Sparks tonight. Mom and dad are usually good to do only one thing a day, and with parent/teacher interviews there will be just too much on our plates today.
Whoo Hoo... sponsors are comming in for our Family Fun Fair! My sister is sponsoring our inflateable bouncing castle, my friend Cari is sponsoring again this year the Cotton Candy Machine, and my friend Rose has sponsored the first midway game! Wow! If you happen to be reading this blog, please consider mentioning our Fun Fair to all you know in the hopes that they may as a group take up a collection to put towards the Fair. It's an expensive event, but last year with the help of many we were able to have the whole event sponsored, so all monies collected went directly to The Canadian Diabetes Associaiton. Last year we raised over $5,000.00 and this year, I'd love to see us raise $10,000.00 We have a few more events this year, and hope to reach a broader circle of persons this year. Wish us luck!
Cheers everyone... tomorrow we are back at the hospital for more blood work. This week is the first week that Johnson's meds have been decreased so we will see how well that goes! Wish us luck!
Love Kendra!
